Dear Unlimited Creator,
Enclosed is important information regarding the Unlimited Creator Retreat in Bali.
Please take the time to read through this thoroughly as this will ensure you have full clarity with the terms and conditions and so you and your fellow participants will have the best possible experience.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. What's included:
6 nights of luxury accommodation
Help with transfer from the airport to the villa (if needed)
Healthy daily Breakfast and lunch - we will do our best to cater to your dietary requirements. Most meals are GF, DF and vegetarian. (And super delicious!)
Welcome dinner on the first evening of the retreat.
Transportation and entry to the Sacred waterfall and traditional Balinese temple.
1.2. What's not included:
Evening Meals (For convenience you have the option of using Gojek which is like Uber Eats)
Flights (travel insurance is highly recommended)
Individual expenses while travelling
2. BOOKING FLIGHTS and ARRIVING IN BALI
You need to arrange your own return flight from your home destination to Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar International Airport, at your own cost.
When considering booking your flights it is highly recommended that you:
Be mindful of all travel times, including from Denpasar International Airport to the retreat destination so you arrive on time when Day 1 commences at 3 pm. (Airport to retreat is generally 90 minutes drive)
(If you plan to fly home on the last day of the retreat, please ensure you don't book your flight home earlier than 4 pm)
Make sure you have Travel Insurance – this is very important, in the unlikely event of something happening on or before your Retreat, the appropriate travel insurance will cover any losses.
Check the validity of your passport meets the requirements for entry to Bali.
Arriving in Bali:
Please also make sure to check whether you need a visa to enter Bali. Especially if you need to obtain it from an embassy wherever you’re coming from.
Transportation from the airport to the destination can be arranged for you if requested and will be at your own cost of 400K Rupiah (Approximately AUD $40)
(If organising your own transport it's important you know the road to get to the villa is very narrow so you will need to ensure the vehicle is small)

3. PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Please bear in mind that the following guidelines and releases are standard for any comparable undertaking. Furthermore, they ensure that I, Rochelle Weir, and my company Conscious Creator Limited are not unfairly burdened with being responsible for the risk undertaken by the whole group. Also, you will appreciate that it establishes the conditions for you to enjoy a safe and stress-free adventure. Please allow me to explain the common understanding on which everyone is joining in on the “Retreat”.
The first thing to establish is that Rochelle Weir and/or Conscious Creator Ltd (hereafter referred to as CCL) is the principal of the Unlimited Creator Bali Retreat (hereafter referred to as the “Retreat”). In paying for and joining the “Retreat” you acknowledge that you have voluntarily assumed any risk in the agreements you make with CCL and you release CCL, any of its owners, partners, employees, assistants and agents from any claims, demands, liability, actions, and causes of actions arising out of your participation in the “Retreat” including, but not limited to, any claim for personal injuries arising out of the negligence of CCL, its owners, partners, employees, assistants and agents.
The “Retreat” does require a basic level of physical fitness and you should not attend if you are not able to walk at least a couple of miles unassisted and without any problem. You should also know that the workshop component of the “Retreat” may involve a level of self examination deeper than you have experienced before and that the workshop is based on a creative model that works by setting up creative tension, and as a result has the potential to be personally confronting and distressing.
Participating in the workshop requires a basic level of emotional fitness and you should only take part in the “Retreat’ if you consider yourself to be emotionally and psychologically fit enough to participate.
CCL takes no responsibility for any consequences arising from your participation in the workshop, and the release at the beginning of this paragraph applies equally to the workshop aspect of the “Retreat”. If you have a history of or are being treated for depression, anxiety, psychosis or any other psychological or nervous condition, or if you are taking any prescribed medication for the treatment or alleviation of any of the aforementioned conditions, please inform Rochelle Weir, of your situation immediately. Such disclosure is not mandatory but is requested as a matter of due care.
Any such disclosure does not preclude your attendance and will be kept strictly confidential.
Accommodation:
Please note that accommodation may vary from the photos provided, depending on dates and availability. While we strive to match the accommodations shown, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Retreat Excursions:
Excursions and activities are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel excursions if weather conditions are unfavorable to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.By booking this retreat, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
4. CANCELATION and/or REFUND POLICY
Requests for a refund, and/or cancellation of services, must be communicated to Rochelle Weir/ Conscious Creator Ltd in writing within 7 days of our receipt of accepting the Terms & Conditions of the retreat or first payment - whichever is first.
Please send your request to rochelle@rochelleweir.com.
The request for a refund must include your contact details, the product or service purchased, and the reason for requesting the refund.
After the 7-day cooling off period, (from the date of accepting the Terms & Conditions of the retreat or first payment - whichever is first) you will be liable for the full cost of the “Retreat” and NOT be entitled to a refund of any monies paid.
You may transfer your monies paid for the retreat to someone else not already signed up for the event and subject to Rochelle Weir’s approval, though you or the person taking your place will need to bear the costs Rochelle Weir/ Conscious Creator Ltd incurs where refunds or transfers are not allowed, and an administration fee of AUD$500 will apply. Also, only people who have attended Conscious Creator Academy or any other of Rochelle Weir/ Conscious Creator Ltd training may attend the “Retreat”.
In the event that the “Retreat” has to be cancelled for any reason that makes it unviable, such as political risk or another pandemic, for example, you will be refunded your money in full, less any money Rochelle Weir/ Conscious Creator Ltd has spent on bookings that Rochelle Weir/ Conscious Creator Ltd cannot get back and an administration fee of AUD$500.
5. UNLIMITED CREATOR RETREAT - CODE OF CONDUCT
The Unlimited Creator Retreat code of conduct is intended to outline the expectations for professional decorum at our events. This code of conduct is in effect for all virtual, hybrid and in-person events, may be revised at any time and is not negotiable.
1. All participants are expected to behave in a professional manner and in accordance with local laws and regulations with regard to workplace behaviour.
2. Harassment will not be tolerated in any form, including but not limited to harassment based on gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion or any other status protected by laws in which the retreat or program is being held.
3. Unlimited Creator Retreat reserves the right to exclude any individual from participation in any event or expel any individual currently in attendance in any event, who engages in unprofessional, disruptive or harassing behaviour.
4. If you represent a security risk or fail to comply with Unlimited Creator Retreat’s terms, you may be ejected from or refused entry to the retreat.
5. Unlimited Creator is under no obligation to offer any form of refund if participants are removed from or unable to attend the retreat.
6. You accept that the event may be filmed and distributed across Conscious Creator Ltd Limited branded media platforms and photographs of attendees may be taken and distributed.
7. You can make reasonable video or audio recordings and take photographs at the event, for your own personal use. You may not use recordings for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Unlimited Creator Retreat Team. Materials distributed by Unlimited Creator may not be distributed by attendees without Unlimited Creator Retreat’s prior written permission.
